Larin Landscaping & Construction

Landscaping, Garden Design & Construction

When the work is visual, the site should speak in images.

Larin Landscaping & Construction designs gardens, plants them, fits irrigation and builds outdoor spaces across Istanbul. Their portfolio holds over 500 completed jobs — all of it buried in an Instagram feed. Because buying decisions in this trade are driven by visual proof, we built the site as a portfolio experience showcasing finished work rather than a page of text.

Highlights

Ten dedicated service pages

From landscape design to paving stones, tree pruning to stamped concrete, each of the ten services has its own page, its own image set and its own copy. Instead of one combined list, this structure lets every service rank independently for its own search.

Agency-grade motion design

Scroll animations built with GSAP ScrollTrigger and SplitText are paired with Lenis smooth scrolling. Headlines unfold letter by letter and projects enter the frame as you scroll — the same technical stack international landscaping agencies build on.

Fast despite the image weight

Slowness is the main risk on a portfolio-led site. Every project photo was converted to a modern format and correctly scaled, lazy loading was applied, and Core Web Vitals were verified before launch.

Ready for AI search

A GEO layer sits alongside conventional SEO: LocalBusiness structured data, an llms.txt file summarising services and contact details in plain text, and an auto-generated sitemap. The firm is now a citable source when someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a landscaping company in Istanbul.

About the project

The problem we solved

The craft was strong but the digital presence amounted to a single Instagram account. A job posted there vanished from the feed within days, and nobody searching could find it. Worse, a customer looking for landscape design and one looking for paving stones have completely different needs, yet both were being funnelled to the same profile.

Our approach

In landscaping, visitors want to know "has this company built what I want?" long before they ask what it costs. The page flow follows that order: completed work first, then the manifesto and service descriptions, then the company itself, and the quote form last. Nobody meets a form before they are convinced.

Service page architecture

The content for all ten services lives in a single data source from which the pages are generated. Adding a service creates its page, menu entry, sitemap record and image set automatically — leaving room for both the firm and its search footprint to grow.

Brand and typography

Logo, colour palette and typography were built as one system: italic Cormorant Garamond for headings, DM Sans for body copy, over a deep green and gold palette. The goal was a tone that never competes with the garden photography but never makes the work look cheap either.

Under the hood

The site runs on Next.js 16 App Router and React 19 with Tailwind CSS v4. The motion layer uses GSAP 3.12 (ScrollTrigger + SplitText), Lenis handles smooth scrolling and Framer Motion the micro-interactions. The contact form delivers by email through Resend, and the sitemap is generated automatically with next-sitemap. A fixed WhatsApp button sits on every screen, with a scroll progress bar along the top.
